The villa has shaded private parking to the side, but there is ample street parking immediately outside the villa. Located very conveniently (less than 200m) from the Resort’s ‘Spar’ supermarket and a 5 minute walk to the vibrant bars and restaurants on the very popular El Boulevard.
This Mar Menor rental villa is also close to the padel courts, gym, children’s playground, petanca, ping pong tables and mini golf.
The warm waters of the Mar Menor sea and sandy beaches of Los Alcazares are only a short 10 minute drive away. In addition to the Mar Menor Golf course there are around another 17 golf courses in the surrounding area.
The Villa:-
When entering the villa there is a modern open plan lounge leading through into the fully equipped modern kitchen & laundry area and a very convenient downstairs WC & shower room. The glass curtain area can be enjoyed for dining and chilling out which opens out to the fantastic garden terrace area with its large swimming pool. There is plenty of casual seating, dining table and chairs with sunbeds for guests to enjoy around the pool.
The main bedroom includes ensuite bathroom with a modern walk in shower. Sliding doors lead out to the terrace with additional sofas and chill out area. Two more twin/double bedrooms & a family bathroom with modern walk in shower. The hallway has a door leading out on to the terrace area.
You will also find TV’s with the full range of English TV channels including the latest movies, series and sports to the main lounge and master bedroom.
Air conditioning is installed to all bedrooms and main lounge.
